Cody was a dream to work with in both buying and selling. He always made himself available and was such a valuable advisor for us anytime we were considering an offer. We worked with him for nearly 10 months and watched the real estate market explode during that time. I know he had other clients, but we were constantly made to feel like we were his top priority. I have no doubt that’s how all of his clients feel. We came to him constantly with questions, and he was ALWAYS helpful. Most importantly, he was never once pushy and never tried to talk us into anything. If and when we buy or sell again, I wouldn’t consider using anyone else other than Cody, and I highly recommend him to anyone who’s searching for a home or trying to sell.
